Course Payment Policy

  • You are required to purchase a lesson hour package to book your classes.
  • New accounts receive 1 lesson credit.
  • Thereafter, lesson packages are available as 5, 10, 20, 40, or with special arrangement 60 hours.
  • After purchasing your desired package, classes can be booked in advance.
    Purchased packages are non-refundable.

Lesson Confirmation

  • After booking, lessons are at pending status, lessons will be confirmed within 24 hours.
  • Please login to the website portal to view the status of the booked lessons.
    You will need to provide the head teacher with your ClassIn APP account.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If 24 hours notice is provided, classes can either be cancelled or rescheduled in the student login area. If you prefer you can directly message the head teacher to cancel the lessons for you.
    The cancellation option is only available if 24 hours advance notice is given.
  • After cancellation, classes that meet the 24 hour time requirement will have the lesson time refunded to their account.
  • Classes cannot be reimbursed or made-up without 24 hours notice.
  • All teachers have a full teaching schedule, thus it is unlikely that class times can be changed without 24 hours notification. In cases of medical emergencies, exceptions may be discussed.
  • Please do not hesitate to talk with the head teacher.

Teaching Device:

  • Classes are held on ClassIn APP
    It is recommended that classes are taken using an Apple Ipad.
  • Please make sure you give the ClassIn account number (usually a mobile number to the head teacher)

Behavior:

  • It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that students are in a good environment and are not disturbed during the lesson.
  • Please make sure the student is prepared for each lesson.
  • Please make sure students are appropriately dressed for class.
